The easiest way I have found to mount/line them up is to use double sided tape on the two mounts. Slide the mounts onto the Packout as shown in one of our images, line the Packout onto the surface you want to mount it to and push it against the surface. Then carefully slide the Packout up to clear the mounts and screw the mounts into the surface. If you purchase the locking tab, then install the Packout onto the mounts, put some double sided tape on the back side of the tab and set it on top of the latch on the Packout. Then you want to carefully release the locking tab, slide the Packout off of the mounts and then screw in the locking tab.
